Medical Massage: Therapy with a doctor’s referral for specific concerns or injuries. This massage is an outcome-based massage, primarily using the application of specific techniques targeted to the specific problems that the patient presents with a diagnoses.

Swedish Massage: The most commonly used form of massage in the Western Culture. If it is your first massage or you don't get massage often, Swedish massage is the best place to start.

Relaxation Massage: Helps de-stress and loosen your body. The technique consists of flowing strokes, kneading and gentle manipulation of the muscles performing at your chosen pressure.

Deep Tissue Massage: This type of massage is similar to Swedish massage, however, the deeper pressure is beneficial to releasing chronic muscle tension.

Prenatal Massage: A type of therapeutic body work that focuses on the needs of the mother-to-be. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and relieves mental and physical fatigue.

Please Note: Mother-to-be must be at least 16 weeks at the time of the massage for this massage to be performed.

Sports Massage: A form of body work geared towards participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, and prepare the body for athletic activities.

Couples Massage: 2 people (partner, friend, sibling etc.) Massage tailored to your individual needs done in the same room at the same time by different therapists.
